ENABLE Scotland is a member of For Scotland’s Disabled Children (fSDC) a coalition of organisations working to secure rights and justice for disabled children and young people so that families with a disabled child in Scotland enjoy the same quality of life as other families.

The coalition focuses on four key issues:

  • to improve the provision of, and access to, quality short breaks
  • to increase and improve provision for periods of transition, when young people move through different phases in their lives
  • to improve access to better quality, affordable and appropriate childcare provision
  • to improve educational opportunities and outcomes for disabled children and young people through better support and provision

FSDC runs various campaigns.  You can find out more on their website.
