What To Expect

We have employment services all across Scotland, working with young people and adults who are thinking about getting a job

If you decide you would like ENABLEWorks to support you, you will meet with one of our Employment Coordinators who will get to know you and understand the job you are looking for.

They will help you develop new skills and confidence, and support you in a real working environment.

Once you feel you are ready to start work, they will help you develop a CV, look for jobs and prepare for interviews - but that’s not the last you’ll hear from us.

We will continue to stay in touch with you once you have got the job – making sure that you get the support you need.
