​Dealing with Abuse
 
Abuse is wrong and anyone who experiences it should get appropriate support. ENABLE Scotland has produced two booklets that cover how to help adults who have learning disabilities deal with sexual abuse and its consequences. The booklets provide basic information about what to do when people suspect or know that someone has been abused, or when someone discloses abuse. It also explains what might happen after the abuse is reported and the support and assistance that might be available.
