Future Planning

Future Planning

Many family members worry about what will happen to the person they care for when they are no longer able to care for them.

No one likes to think about a time when they might not be able to care for their family member as they used to.

But planning how your family member should be cared for in the future can give you peace of mind.

You might also want to think about your financial plans for the future. ENABLE Scotland’s Trustee Service can help you with this.

How do I make a plan for care in the future?

You will be able to download our guide soon.

How ENABLE Scotland can help

Our research has shown that some groups of people can face more barriers to making future plans. You can read more about this in our Picking up the Pieces report.

We have two project workers to support carers and their families to make plans.

If you live outwith these areas, we can still give you advice on making a future plan and the organisations in your area who can help.

Our Trustee Service can help you with financial plans for the future too.
