Making a Will
Many people find thinking about their Will difficult and stressful. No one likes to contemplate their own death or the possible earlier death of a loved one. Perhaps you feel it is too complicated or expensive to make a Will. Maybe you do not realise the consequences of not making a Will or assume your children will make their own arrangements. Perhaps you are tempted to write a Will yourself or use a pre-printed form. Drawing up a Will can be complicated. It is always important to take legal advice. This is especially important when you have a dependant with additional needs. Once Wills and other arrangements are put in place you can be reassured that you have done all you can to provide for and protect your children in the future.
