Legacies are special gifts from this generation to the next.  By remembering ENABLE Scotland in your will, you will build a brighter future for people with learning disabilities and their families.

 

Any financial legacies or bequests left to ENABLE Scotland are exempt from inheritance tax. Since ENABLE Scotland is a registered charity any legacies donated to us are deducted from your estate before any tax liability is calculated.

 

Legacies are very important to ENABLE Scotland. Legacies help to fund campaigns that improve laws and services that affect people with learning disabilities and their families. Our campaigns have made long-lasting changes in education, equality and inclusion, support for family carers, and in jobs and training.

Legacies help to fund ENABLE Scotland services, like our young families support network, and the groups of young people and adults who make real changes in their own communities. Legacies help fund the work that is at the core of our beliefs and principles, putting people with learning disabilities and their family carers first.
