Safety Challenge
Our Safety Challenge is an award winning scheme for improving health and safety performance. It’s a simple concept - for every 'near miss' reported a donation is made to ENABLE Scotland by your company. By using this challenge you can:
- save money by reducing injury rates and other health and safety costs
- motivate staff to think about health and safety
- encourage staff to report accidents and near misses
- show your management's commitment to a safer workplace
- show your organisation's social responsibility to the local community
- raise money for children and adults with learning disabilities in Scotland

Gifts in kind & Volunteering Donations of items that we can auction or raffle at our events, or use within our services, are always welcome.
"Donating materials such as wood and paint to ENABLE Scotland’s after school club was a relatively easy way for us to show our support within our local community. Safe outside space for children is really important and to know that we played a part in making it happen is important to us." Colin Clement, Keyline Regional Manager

Payroll Giving Payroll Giving is an easy and efficient way to donate a small regular amount to ENABLE Scotland. It is very tax efficient as the donation you make is deducted from your gross salary before your tax is calculated, and your employer handles all the administration.
All you need to do is check with your payroll department to make sure that a payroll giving scheme is in place, or ask them to set one up if it is not. Another way to give a small regular gift is through Direct Debit. For more information contact the Fundraising team on 0141 226 4541 or email fundraising@enable.org.uk
