Skydiving – Throughout the year
Those who have skydived say there’s nothing like it - 100 per cent of the people who skydived for ENABLE last year said  they wanted to do it again! Reaching speeds of 120mph before gliding peacefully down over the Perthshire countryside , this is still the ultimate adrenaline rush.

London Marathon April 2012
62 year old Scott Thornton is training for the London Marathon but, amazingly, unitl the age of 61 Scott's running did not extend further than a mile or two. Scott is running for ENABLE so please consider supporting his efforts by visiting his Just Giving page. www.justgiving.com/scottscotland.


Glasgow Women’s 10K – 13th May 2012
A major fundraising run for women of all ages and abilities. Whether it takes you 32 minutes or 2 hrs and 10 minutes, we want to here from you. This is always a popular one with ENABLE supporters so you’re guaranteed to be in good company.
Edinburgh Marathon – May 2012
Have you tried the UK’s fastest marathon? Or if you think you can’t manage the whole thing why not rope in a few friends and take on the Hairy Haggis Team Relay? Great Scottish Run – September 2012
See a side of Glasgow most don’t get the chance to in one of Scotland’s largest events. Offering both a testing half-marathon and easily achievable 10K, the Great Scottish Run has gotten bigger and bigger every year.

Pedal for Scotland – September 2012
Now with a whole collection of Central Belt rides as well as the famous Glasgow to Edinburgh 50 mile challenge, Pedal for Scotland is without doubt the largest, family-friendly bike ride in the country. Over 14,000 took part last year, could you join them in 2012 for ENABLE?
