Every staff member in ENABLE Scotland, whether in direct support work or in an office, helps transform the lives people with learning disabilities and their familities.
Our staff support and development processes – including supervision sessions, team meetings and annual appraisals – focus achieving this while giving you high quality training and development opportunities.
People learn in different ways, so we offer options to develop your skills – including training courses, on-the-job learning, mentoring and team development days. We also support staff to gain formal qualifications through our SVQ programme.
