We offer an additional 7% of salary to be invested in your pension if you choose to join our scheme.

We offer 32 days’ leave, including public holidays each year (pro rata for part time). After 5 complete leave years of service, we increase the leave entitlement to 37 days, including public holidays.

Our willingness to consider requests for greater flexibility in your working hours, wherever possible (flexi time is available for some office staff).

Access to our in-house mentoring scheme to receive advice on developing your career.

Comprehensive support through our supervision and appraisal system, which gives you the chance to discuss your work and performance with your manager.
