Ian's Story
"I've cycled over 2000 miles in six countries and trekked to Mount Everest base camp to raise more than £20,000 for ENABLE Scotland. My last trip was to Peru, which was the hardest yet, but also the best.
"I have had some amazing experiences and made some great friends, but the most important thing is that I've raised money for such an important cause."
