Become an Effective Trainer
This 2-day course will improve your knowledge, understanding and skills in delivering presentations and help you in effective training sessions to different audiences. The course involves a mix of information, self evaluation, discussion and practical exercises. Participants will be expected to prepare and deliver a short presentation for the second day of the course.

- Understanding the roles and responsibilities of trainers and learners
- Knowing how to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Understanding how adults learn
- Recognising and being able to apply training techniques and materials to support learning
- Being more confident and competent in giving presentations
