Supporting people to get a job
Just like everyone else, people with learning disabilities want to work.
At ENABLE Scotland we believe that, with the right support, everyone can work.
Work is about more than money. Going to work means meeting people, getting out and about and feeling good about yourself. And the money is nice too.
Every year ENABLE Scotland supports hundreds of people with learning disabilities to get work. We also provide advice and guidance for employers. We help people to decide what they want to do, to get a job they want and support them to do it well.
