What to expect from Employment Services
We have employment services all across Scotland, working with young people and adult like you who are thinking about getting a job
If you decide you would like ENABLE Scotland to help you, you will meet with one of our Employment Development Workers who will get to know you and understand exactly the type of job you are looking for.
They will help you develop the skills and confidence you need and will support you to try out work through a placement in a real working environment.
Once you feel you are ready to start work, they will help you develop a CV, look for jobs and prepare for an interview…but that’s not the last you’ll hear from us.
We will continue to stay in touch with you once you have got the job – making sure that you get the support you need to be a great employee.
