Training

ENABLE Scotland offers a wide range of courses. We want everyone to be able to gain relevant skills and knowledge that will not only help staff to do their jobs well but will mean a better life and better support for children and adults with learning disabilities and their families.

Our Training and Quality Department runs courses aimed at staff working with people with learning disabilities. Our courses are mainly tailored for staff working within ENABLE Scotland services but there are usually external places available on our regular programme. It can also run bespoke training if this would be more useful for you. Give them a call on 0141 225 1639 if you would like to discuss what we can do for your group or organisation.

We also run one-day courses, conferences and events from time to time. Our Accessible Information Unit also runs courses on how to produce easy-read information.
