Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Sophie enjoys being out and about in the community, for walks, visiting friends and family, going out for lunch, going to social clubs and parties, she has a wheelchair adapted mobility car, therefore you must be a driver and willing to drive her car. Sophie also enjoys spending time at home watching movies.  Sophie requires full support with all aspects of her support, including personal care.
