Service Manager - Govanhill
Full time - 35 hours / week
Are you an experienced, passionate and values-led leader who wants to make a real difference to the lives of older people?
Our Southside Older People Service (one Dementia Care Home and one Mental Health Care Home) in Glasgow is looking for an enthusiastic Service Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables older people to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can provide strong, supportive leadership while ensuring the service continues to meet the individual needs, aspirations and outcomes of the people we support. You’ll play a key role in developing a positive team culture, driving continuous improvement and ensuring excellent standards of care, support and safeguarding.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and able to build strong relationships with the people we support, their families, colleagues and external partners. You’ll need excellent organisational and communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to inspire and develop your team.
If you’re ready to bring your leadership experience, ideas and passion to a service where the people we support are at the heart of everything we do, we’d love to hear from you.
