ENABLE Scotland's Free Bus Pass Campaign

Lots of people are finding it difficult to obtain or renew their National Entitlement Card. We have produced a factsheet that explains all the ways that someone can qualify. We have also written a Briefing paper for MSPs about the problems that people are having and what would help. ENABLE Scotland thinks that the Scottish Government should change the criteria so that people who get lower rate mobility component can qualify.
