Enable Works' All In programme provides holistic, person-centred, specialist support for people who have a disability or long-term health condition. The aim of the programme is to support people into valued and fulfilling work roles all across the country.
Following a five stage supported employment model, we provide a 1:1 service that helps people to identify, obtain and thrive in jobs within their open labour market. We do this through vocational profiling, job analysis and matching, as well as job coaching in the workplace.
We also provide support to people already in the labour market who need support to retain jobs or to progress their careers
