Have Your Say on Annual Health Checks

In 2022, the Scottish Government promised that people with a learning disability should be offered an Annual Health Check every year.

Since then, Enable has been working to make sure:

• More people know about Annual Health Checks

• More people are invited for a Health Check

• More people can get the support they need to attend

• The Government keeps its promise

We want to hear from people with a learning disability about their experiences. Please fill in our short survey if you:

• Have a learning disability

• Are an Enable member

• Are a family member, friend or supporter of someone with a learning disability

• Know someone with a learning disability who could take part
