Our trustee service can help you and your family prepare financially for the future.

What is a Trust?

Trusts are legal arrangements where a trustee, such as Enable Trustee Service Limited, is appointed to look after assets on behalf of a beneficiary, such as your child, grandchild or sibling.

A trust can be set up both during your lifetime and after your passing, for example, via a will.

What assets can be held in a trust?

There is no upper or lower limit to the value of the assets that can be help in a trust. Allette said " As the parent of a child with complex needs all you want to do is love, protect and provide the best ongoing care for them, but as a caregiver that means also navigating a complicated, frustrating and deeply stressful landscape of legal and financial hurdles.
Enable was a breath of fresh air in understanding families like ourselves.  They talked us through our options and explained everything with unwavering patience and empathy and at our speed. A Discretionary trust was set up to secure Genevieve’s future financially, allowing ourselves, family and friends to contribute whilst staying within the legal constraints of the Benefits system vital to her daily needs.
Knowing the Trust is there for those added expenses, and specifically to improve her quality of life, whilst requiring limited admin by ourselves, is immeasurable. It is without question one of the best things we have done for our family over the last 13 years. I cannot fault the team and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Clear communication, unbiased guidance, prompt and in layman’s terms. We simply cannot recommend Enable’s Trustee Service enough. "
