Today is International Day of Education, a day created by the United Nations to highlight the importance of accessible and fair education for everyone.

At Enable Works, we are proud to deliver programmes that tackle social inequalities and open up meaningful opportunities. Our vision is an equal society where everyone can learn, work, and participate in the communities they choose.

Recognised across the UK as a leader in diversity and inclusion, Enable Works supports young people in education to build skills, grow in confidence, and progress toward sustainable, well‑paid careers. We empower businesses to reshape their approach to diversity by supporting inclusive recruitment, delivering tailored training, and ongoing employer partnership.

Through programmes such as Stepping Up, Breaking Barriers, and All in, we support learners in schools, universities, and beyond. These programmes help young disabled people build confidence, gain practical skills, and access meaningful opportunities that prepare them for further education, training, and employment. We champion inclusive education, and on this International Day of Education, we’re shining a light on the impact these programmes have on transforming lives.
