Our trustee service can help you and your family prepare financially for the future.
Trusts are legal arrangements where a trustee, such as Enable Trustee Service, is appointed to look after assets on behalf of a beneficiary, such as your child, grandchild or sibling.
A trust can be set up both during your lifetime and after your passing, for example, via a will.
Enable Trustee Service has over 30 years’ experience of helping families prepare for the financial future of their loved one(s). We also have in-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by families and people with a learning disability. Our service:
brings peace of mind that the inheritance you leave your loved one will be looked after in their best interests
can protect your loved one’s entitlements to community care and/or means tested benefits
removes the burden of complex tax and financial matters from family and friends
There is no upper or lower limit to the value of the assets that can be help in a trust. It’s common for trusts to receive a gift(s) from an individual during their lifetime and/ or settlement from an individual’s estate. For example, this could be from the proceeds from a house sale, investments or bank accounts.
We look after personal injury awards for people who have received an award due to suffering an accident or have been subject to a criminal injury.
We are used to working with Guardians, appointed representative and co-Trustees.
