Tricia Donnelly

Tricia leads Enable’s people, culture, quality, and workforce systems, with a deep-rooted commitment to human rights, inclusion, and human potential.

Tricia joined Enable in 2025, with over 25 years of leadership experience across the third, and independent sectors and a track record of driving transformation through values-led leadership, workforce development, and system-wide collaboration.

Tricia has held executive director and Trustee board-level roles in social care and education, always with a focus on creating the conditions where people and organisations can thrive.

She is a registered health professional and cognitive behavioural practitioner, with a Master’s in Vulnerability and Leadership. She is an Affiliate Member of the CIPD, currently working towards Chartered Fellowship, reflecting my commitment to continuous growth and professional integrity.
