ENABLE Works – Help for Employers
The ENABLE Works team engage with 2,000 employers across Scotland each year, supporting them to understand disability issues, adopt inclusive workplace practices and increase the diversity of Scotland’s workforce.
ENABLE Works’ dedicated Diversity and Inclusion team support employers to gain a greater understanding of disability issues and feel more confident in hiring disabled employees and supporting them in the workplace.
Our D&I Consultants establish a relationship with each employer and develop a keen understanding of their unique business needs and D&I goals. We then provide employers with expertise and a bespoke support package in the form of training, consultancy, tools and resources based on the identified needs of their business.
Our goal is to help them ensure their organisation’s culture and business practices, such as their employee recruitment, support and development practises and overall strategy, are fair and inclusive.
