Welfare rights advice

Our specialist welfare rights service helps people with learning disabilities, their families and carers to access the benefits they’re entitled to.

This can involve benefit checks, supporting you to complete forms, and offering benefits advice. It can also involve helping people to challenge decisions around their benefits – helping them raise their voice around matters that directly affect their human rights.

Since we started offering this service in 2013 we’ve helped people to claim over £5 million in benefits.
