What we do

We champion the rights of disabled people to gain sustainable work and support employers to realise the benefits of an inclusive workplace.

How we do it

We work alongside people who experience barriers to employment to find the job they want, plan for meaningful career progression and showcase their talents. Guided by the skills, interests, and aspirations of individuals, we support over 5,500 people each year. We also empower thousands of businesses and employers to welcome a more diverse workforce. Enable Works is with you every step of the way.
